Hi, my name is Stephanie McAulay and I am a life enthusiast, excited to help you reach your full potential.
I have a passion and love for the City of Hamilton, being born and raised on the mountain, I am happy to now call the Ottawa Street area my home.
I graduated with Honours from Mohawk College’s Recreation and Leisure program. In this program I found the desire to pursue a healthy, active lifestyle and support the community in any way I could, which has led me to where I am now.
I want to help coach you to achieve every goal you ever thought possible. I strongly believe with the right attitude, goals and plan you can become the best version of you.
I started my running career in 2009 and it quickly became a must-have in my day. I want to help others realize that fitness is fun and can push you to believe in yourself and understand what you are capable of. As someone who started at the beginning and having now completed two marathons and many half marathons – my promise to you is that it is possible.

Why I love them – they are an amazing work out and we are fortunate to live in a City that allows us to utilize this piece of equipment to socialize, compete against ourselves and be outside.
Through this 12 week program you will see growth in your cardiovascular capabilities, improve your mood and gain muscle – while having fun.
I am looking forward to supporting you in building on your strengths and growing in the areas you wish to improve. I’ll be here every STEP of the way!
