The Fitness Boot Camp Process
Freestyle Fitness is proud to be the Home of Hamilton's Original Fitness Boot Camp. In 2005, we set out to change the paradigm of fitness by researching the perceived barriers to an active lifestyle. The results of our studies found that there were four categories that kept people from achieving healthy living; TIME, COMFORT, KNOWLEDGE, COST.
With this in mind we created a program designed specifically to overcome these roadblocks by offering our clients an innovative fitness solution that provided the guidance of one on one of private personal training in a supportive group setting. Our team approach to training offers incredible value and accountability while you kick start your fitness routine enabling you to achieve noticeable results.
This 4 week program involves a comprehensive approach focused on progressive core conditioning, offsite cardio workouts, fast paced circuit resistance training and flexibility. We assist people of every age and ability level; so don't let the name Boot Camp or depth of the program dissuade you from joining. You are always able to work at your own individual level of exertion. The object is to progressively increase your fitness level one day at a time.
Step 1
Class Registration, Initial Consultation and Personal Fitness Evaluation
The Boot Camp classes always begin with an initial consultation. Each person joins our program with unique needs and goals. We use this first step to answer any questions potential participants may have as well as to help determine if this program is right for you and your lifestyle. Then once we have completed the initial consultation we assess each participant's current fitness level using our in-depth personalized fitness evaluation. The personal fitness evaluation not only tests each participants baseline measurements, but also allows us to show participants their improvements at the end of the program.
Step 2
Boot Camp Workouts
Each week is comprised of 4 workouts, three in studio sessions focusing on core and resistance and one offsite cardio/cross training session.

Step 3
Final Personal Fitness Evaluation
Once participants have completed the four week Hamilton Boot Camp program, they complete the same personal fitness evaluation they completed on day one. We then create a participant profile, which compares the initial evaluation to the final evaluation section by section. The purpose of this Boot Camp debriefing is to track progress and highlight accomplishments as well as assess further areas for improvement. It is at this time that we are best able to discuss and prescribe the client's next logical steps within our fitness programs.
The purpose behind our Fitness Boot Camp program is to introduce a fun and exciting solution to people's perceived barriers to fitness. Whether you are a fitness first timer or a seasoned and well trained veteran, we set out to challenge and push your comfort zone while motivating you towards your own personal "GREATNESS".
