June has been an indispensable addition to the Freestyle Fitness roster instructing an early bird 6 AM section of our Six Nations Boot Camp program as well as designing a grueling core, cardio and cross training program for our evening programs.

A Brock University Kinesiology graduate and Can-Fit Pro certified trainer, June is a community mobilizer working with Six Nations Health Promotions coordinating community wide fitness initiatives promoting physical activity. She single handedly organized a group of 50 participants from Six Nations for our annual Climb for Cancer and was a key promoter for the Six Nations "Biggest Loser" weight loss challenge. A passionate advocate for proactive approaches to reducing diabetes, cardio vascular disease and obesity in aboriginal population, June works tirelessly to motivate her clients to transform their lifestyle with heathy choices and active living.

As an athlete, June has represented the Six Nations community internationally and continues to compete as an elite baseball player, avid golfer and runner. This year June has taken on the strength and conditioning program for the Women's Iroquois National Lacrosse team which is set to compete in the World Lacrosse Championships in Czech Rep. next year.

Since coming on board our Freestyle Fitness team our Six Nations programs have extended its training capacity, broadened our community reach and offered participants young and old an active role model from their community in the fitness and wellness field.
